特定危険物使用に関する規制(RoHS)

RoHSパール・システムズは、2006年7月1日ヨーロッパ連合で施行された電気・電子機器における特定危険物使用に関する規制指令2002/95/EC（RoHS）に 対応しております。RoHS規制指令は、ヨーロッパ連合内において鉛、カドミウム、水銀、六価クロム、多臭素化 ビフェニル（PBB）およびボリ臭素化ジフェニルエーテル（PBDE）などの特定の危険物資を含む電気・電子機器の販売を禁じています。パール・システムズには、全製品がRoHS指令を確実に満たすための業務プロセスが実行されています。

Perleの中国向け販売製品は、中国RoHSとして知られている中国情報産業部指令＃39、「電子情報製品により生じた汚染のコントロールに対する管理条例」の要件に適合しています。中国で販売されているPerleの電子ハードウェア製品はすべて、2007年3月1日の期限までに中国RoHSへの仕様適合を完了しました。中国での販売用に受注した製品およびパッケージには、該当する規制基準および規格に従って、環境保護使用期間(EPUP)ラベル、有害物質表、およびリサイクルマークの表示が義務付けられています。また、Perleは、中国の規制当局が制定した追加条件である中国RoHSを常に遵守しています。

電気電子機器廃棄物リサイクル指令(WEEE)

WEEE
WEEEによる電気・電子機器のリサイクル及び再利用を前提にした製品設計・製造を促進するヨーロッパ連合指令2002/96/ECが2005年8月13日に施工されました。パール・システムズには、全製品がWEEE規制指令に対応しています。

REACH Compliance

REACHRegistration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation (EC No1907/2006) applies to EU Member states as well as the EFTA European Economic Area (EEA) countries Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland. REACH makes industry responsible for assessing and managing the risks posed by chemicals and providing appropriate safety information to their users.

Perle Declaration Regarding the REACH "Duty to Communicate Information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs)"
Perle product and product packaging, based on Perle's knowledge, do not contain chemical substances included on the candidate list in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w). Cables supplied with the product may contain the following substances on the Candidate List:

  • Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) (CAS No 85-68-7)
  • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (CAS No 84-74-2)
  • Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (CAS No 117-81-7)
  • Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (CAS No 84-69-5)
